Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Centre Manager in the running of the store, including providing financial figures and reporting information
- Deal effectively with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customers
- Maximise every sales enquiry to ensure the store hits its target
- Building and maintaining existing relationships with clients, communicating with them regularly.
- Develop and increase storage revenue.
- Assisting with Accounting duties such as invoices, statements and chasing any outstanding payments
- Maintain a clean and tidy store
Requirements
- Previous storage management experience preferred.
- Use of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good telephone manner
- Full clean driving licence
